Prices are per apartment, per night, based on 2 guests. The minimum price for all three apartments is €190.00 per night. Each additional guest is charged €30.00 per night during the low season and €40.00 per night during the high season.
Children up to 2 years and 11 months stay free of charge. Children aged 3 to 12 are charged €15.00 per night. From the age of 13, the standard additional guest rate applies: €30.00 per night during the low season and €40.00 per night during the high season.
A local tourist tax, as required by law, is charged per person, per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tourist tax.

- Massages available on request: Angelika is a qualified massage therapist and offers full-body massages, partial massages, neck and head massages, foot massages and manual lymphatic drainage.
Reservation & deposit
Bookings are made by submitting an enquiry via the contact form or by email. You will then receive written confirmation. To secure your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total booking price within 15 days. Once we have received your deposit, we will confirm your booking again by email.

Cancellation conditions
- If you cancel up to 2 months before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations between 2 months and 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Travel insurance
To avoid unexpected costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance.
Check-out is by 10.00 am.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 3 nights during the low season and 7 nights during the high season.
Breakfast & bread delivery service
The breakfast basket is not included in your stay and can be booked as an optional extra. Please order your breakfast basket the day before. We’ll place it outside your apartment at your preferred time, usually between 7.30 am and 10.00 am. We also offer a daily bread delivery service.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas.
Arriving by public transport
It is possible to reach us by public transport, although the final connections to the farmhouse are not ideal. On request and by prior arrangement, we can collect you from Longega. Alternatively, we’re happy to arrange a taxi for you from Brunico railway station.
